It is located 6 km from Labin and ten minutes from the sea (4 km from Trget, 11 km from Rabac, 12 km from Sveta Marina).
The villa is located on a fenced plot of about 3 000 m2 and has a covered area for two cars and and outdoor fireplace with barbecue.
It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a well equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay, regardless of the outside temperatures.
From the living room there is an exit to the terrace overlooking the outdoor pool (5mx10m) and the beautiful nature and vineyards. There are two football goals in the garden for children to play with.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa is intended for accommodation and stay of 8 people.

Price List
The reservation is confirmed after an advance payment of 30% of the total amount.
The balance must be paid one month before arrival.
The payment account is HR05 2402 0063 1035 4423 2 opened at ERSTE BANK.
Terms and conditions:
If you do not pay one month before arrival, we consider that you give up and the deposit remains with us.
In the event that you pay the full amount and cancel the reservation one month before arrival, the deposit will be retained by us.
If you cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the paid amount minus transaction costs, if any.
If the reservation is canceled later, you lose the entire amount.
You can cancel your reservation by email between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 250,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
